Love Day 28

I wrote this in a message yesterday: "I didn't originally know what I know now back in December or January or even last week."

This 28 day meditation has taken on a spirit and life of it's own, almost like soul moving, a consciousness revealing, from my mind yet also reshaping it. This flow of 28 days is a journey inside a journey. These posts are one part of why I seem to know what I did not know before. I highly encourage you to pick some theme and explore it every day to see what you find.  There's a whole bunch of learning in here. And I suspect sometime, maybe in a month or two, I will post a sequel to the 28 days of love.

This resonates with me today. From The Book of Awakening:

"...this is the never ending work of relationship, each of us in our own time and way moving the stones between us, repositioning the heavy things that get in the way, so the life of feeling can continue."

What are the heavy things that are getting in the way?

Mark Nepo says they are the "nots"...Not seeing, not hearing, not being present, not risking the truth, not risking the heart's need to live out in the open"

Untie the "knots". We can move the heaviest things if we have the Strength.  Sometimes they are lighter than we think and we are much stronger than we give ourselves credit for.
