I would love to meet you or see some of you there again!

Here are a few comments from classes and workshops:

This class was one of the single best things I have ever done for myself! It was just perfect. Erin

I have three ladies who want to come with me to the next one. I think you've hit upon something great here, Robin. There was something so self-caring about it. I felt afterwards (and still do) that I did something very nice and good for myself this weekend. And, I've discovered how much I really do love yoga!

You are so friendly and very in tune to the people around you and their various states of energy. The class was personal, interesting, relaxing, and just challenging enough to be very fun. I learned SO much. Lynda

I finally went to my first "Real" yoga class on Sat. I had only done it before on dvd's and yes VHS. I hated it. So many people that I know rave about yoga. So I put all of the yard work aside (felt bad about that for a hot minute), and decided to do something for me. I was invited by the instructor and really felt that this was my chance to try it out. I was a little nervous because the dvd I have is really hard. I knew that if I attended a real class I would know whether I loved it or hated it. I LOVE IT. I never expected the meditative side of yoga. It was just what I needed. And bonus, I handled each position well. I surprised myself. One more thing, I felt like I was 80 years old on Sunday. I was introduced to muscles I never knew I had. I am so going next Sat. Hopefully, next Sunday, I will feel like I'm 70. This is the best kept secret out there. I know, I know, my friends have tried to tell me all along. Well, I finally did it. Michelle

Relax into Mercury retrograde now!
