The End of Mercury Retrograde & July Yoga

Hello everyone! Hope your summer is going great! We all get on different schedules and out of routine and Mercury retrograde has been adding to the effect all month. I do want to commend my regulars for their commitment to RoZoYo classes on Saturdays. Commitment is key when you want to make a change or feel the full benefit of what you're doing.  Buddying up in one way to commit since then you follow through for a friend even when you might change your own plan and skip class in favor of...sleep, beach, or nothing much.

Michelle, Darcy, Lita, and Jen, I've seen your commitment to yoga grow and it makes me smile! Seeing you move from a class or workshop with me to exploring other studios and home practice is you committing to yourself, becoming braver or more confident and open. Plus I can see the physical practice taking shape in the way you approach it.  It's just GREAT!

In July, I have two more RoZoYo weekly classes on the 20th and 27th at 12 noon.  These are 75 minutes and suited for beginners or anyone. The focus is based on the week's astrology.
