Bernie & Burdie's Yoga Ventures

HI Everyone!

I taught my first Tampa class at Jai Dee Yoga last night & it felt so great! Next week's class will be about relaxing the mind & releasing problematic thoughts as well as focusing on wrists and hands. Nervous system and upper extremities in focus, under Gemini Moon waning.

Jai Dee Yoga is on N. Florida in Tampa & really easy to get to.  Please tell your friends here!

In fact, share all of this post since different people may relate to different things I have to tell you. Thanks!

My neighbor back in Maine, Burdie Burd, is a yoga teacher who specializes in working with Parkinson's patients.  If you know anyone who has experienced this disease you know how valuable any improvement in quality of life is to them and their families.  Support her new dvd for Parkinson's patients. She's been making it for many months now.

My friend who did teacher training with  me, Bernie McDonald, is venturing out across country, to bring yoga to unlikely and likely places like truck stops, sidewalks, corn fields, places where people need it whether they know it or not, and he's ...Walking! Walking across the nation to teach yoga everywhere. Bernie is a wanderer by nature, living in the Midwest, Northeast, Alaska, and the UK, and I daresay it's his biggest adventure yet.

His facebook page is Berndog Yoga and a website is in the works I believe. Follow Bernie's adventure and story. Like his page, help if you can.  Attend his last class which is a benefit this weekend at Greener Postures Yoga in Maine if you are in that area. Bernie is a great, nurturing teacher with a hilarious sense of humor and big heart. You'd feel comfortable taking your very first class with him.

:D All smiles from Tampa, Florida. I also have an Indiegogo campaign going and if you can help there are some nice gifts coming back to you and a new website asap. Video explaining and info is here

Could you please share this blog post or any part of it for me?
Thank you!

Peace & Happiness!
