Happy Early New Year

My website is up at ! Finally, right! Robin's Zodiac Zone, readings, coaching and all Yoga content is now in one place. For now is still active though I'll be redirecting that to the astrology part of RoZoYo soon.

Happy New Year! December is a month to "move" while the Sagittarius energy is in action and Mercury in that sign is all about fresh ideas and personal truths. Venus in Capricorn for an extended time will find couples making practical life decisions and maybe nesting or trying to save and invest. Mars in Libra will fight for justice especially where responsibilities are imbalanced and one person in a relationship or family is taking too much of the burden. Mars sticks with this battle until summer so it's not an overnight accomplishment but the theme will continue to recur in the name of compromise and equality.

This year was a wild ride for me! The writing on the wall last New Years said "Transform!" though I had no idea how 2013 would evolve or that life would take me to Tampa! The many things that fed my process included meditating while searching for sea glass on freezing cold days, shamanic journeying, yoga and more yoga and conversations with strangers as well as trusted friends. Note: You can work out more than your muscles on your yoga mat. Give it a try.

As the year ends, Jared and I are looking for our next Florida home for a move in the 1st quarter of the year. Wish us luck! I do miss Portland, but we still own our house there too. Willard Square will always be home to me regardless of how much time I can be there. I'm hoping for an extended stay during the summer time, and I'll be there for Christmas even though I just flew back to Tampa yesterday.

Life continues to evolve as it should. If you're stuck, make a change. Try to do it without fear. Maybe you can do it without burning any bridges. I found it much easier than I thought to get things in order and move from a home and job I had for 13 years. Yes, they were both part of a 13 year cycle which would be the cycle of Jupiter moving around the zodiac.

Go with the biggest voice in your head and heart.  Don't let anyone silence it. I was asked this week if people told me not to go and cautioned me about the lifestyle change. The answer is strongly yes. People caution you because they care about you and sometimes they're right. Living here isn't always preferred in terms of my day to day surroundings versus where I used to live. But the voice in my head and heart were both very loud, so loud I had to tune them down a little bit and listen to the extended version since major change is best not undertaken overnight.

I think that's all I have to say at the moment. I'm listening to the music of this year including Biffy Clyro, Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys. It's having a reflective influence.
