I trained with Pranakriya Yoga School of Healing Arts' Prenatal program.  Prenatal classes in South Portland at Breathing Room on Sundays 3-4:15 pm. Sign up online at Breathing Room site.

Private sessions by appointment for you and your friends at Robin's Nest, my home studio. Days or evenings. Email me for information and scheduling for 1-4 people.

Energize Your Heart's Desire

Through Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation also known as yogic sleep, move into a place of ease for healing, release, and creativity. 

Have ever woken up with your best ideas or refreshed after being sick or under a great deal of strain? Do you ever experience lucid dreams where you are somewhat conscious and can control the content of that experience? These are some comparisons I make to yoga nidra. Guided into a state of total relaxation, your body, mind and spirit have a change to truly restore, heal and also manifest. 

Participating in yoga nidras was so incredible and important for me while living in Florida that I trained to lead this experience for you.  I attended yoga nidra regularly on Friday afternoons at Yogani Studios. Annie Okerlin, the studio owner, is trained in one form of nidra called irest. December/January Yoga in Maine

I'm guest teaching a few extra classes and adding Baby 'n Me and Prenatal sessions in Scarborough in January.
Here's the scoop on the schedule. Make time for yoga during the holidays and you'll thank yourself with a calmer attitude and good feelings about the shape you're in rather than feel urgency to get things done and make resolutions. Every day is like new years.
