Veteran's Day, Turkey Day & Winter Meditations

Veterans Day is 11-11. Mass General hOMebase Benefit for Veterans

Moving ahead to Thanksgiving, I'm super excited to lead Greener Postures Yoga's annual benefit. It's a donation class for the South Portland Food Cupboard. I promise you a very special practice 
9 am -10:15 at Greener Postures South Portland studio.

At Greener Postures West Falmouth studio I'll be leading two yoga nidras, on December 4th and the first Friday of February.  They are priced the same as a usual class. Use your pass or drop in for this unique meditation practice. All you do is set up a restorative pose and follow my voice. Experience yoga nidra with me.

On Sunday, December 20th, Winter Solstice Yoga with Yoga Nidra is at Scarborough Yoga. This is the 2nd annual. I would love your energy in the room for this sequence just for the winter solstice RoZoYo® style. Guided meditation follows, to relax you and energize your heart's deepest hopes.  Register now since space is limited.
