Thanksgiving to New Years Schedule

I hope to share some holiday spirit & yoga flow with you! Pay a visit at the following times. Walk into the holidays joyfully, with yoga glow.

Thanksgiving is a special Donation class at Greener Postures South Portland. Chandra Namaskar, Surya Namaskar & a playlist sprinkled with Maine music & soulful standards chosen just for Thanksgiving. 9 -10:15 am heated All Levels Flow

Cash donations & if it's your 1st time at GPY, come early to sign the waiver. It's likely to be a busy morning at the studio as we celebrate this Thanksgiving tradition together.

Sunday, December 20th 2nd Annual Winter Solstice Yoga with Yoga Nidra at Scarborough Yoga 1:30-3 pm. 
RoZoYo® practice is a prescription for bone strength as the Sun moves to Capricorn, sign of skeletal structure. Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep, a deep restorative guided meditation to energize your intentions.  Yoga will be suitable and adapted for all levels including beginners.  In 2015, we filled the room.
