May & June Events

Scarborough Yoga hosted RoZoYo's 3rd Birthday on April 30th. Thank you for your presence and also for the good vibes and well wishes sent from afar! The readings ran over time so I never got a full group picture of the 20 grace-full ladies who danced the RoZoYo sequence for all signs and shared readings and cake. Thanks to Andrea Gleason, owner of Scarborough Yoga, for providing this lovely space where the AUM vibrates so strong every time.

Next up:
Yoga Nidra 6-7 pm Friday, May 6th. No reservation needed but arrive early to gather your props and spot at Greener Postures in South Portland. Drop ins welcome and class passes can be used, just like regular class. Deep, guided restorative meditation. Prepare to relax. No experience necessary.

Yin & Restorative Workshop with Aromatherapy and Sound Healing 6-8 pm Friday, May 13th also at Greener Postures South Portland. $35 & sign up is on now at this link & in both studios. The ultimate incorporating the deep stretch & release of Yin Yoga and complete relaxation of Restorative in a multi-sensory experience. Essential oils will not be intrusive to other participants and you'll choose your blend when you arrive (or skip the aromatherapy if you like).

June 2nd, Thursday morning 7-8 am Free Yoga in Congress Square Park begins! Sponsored by Friends of Congress Square Park and the City of Portland, join me for RoZoYo® Yoga flow. Each week the flow will align with the lunar cycle, so you can get your yoga in before the business day and an astrology take-away if that interests you too. June through September Thursday mornings. Rain dates are Friday, same time. Congress Square Park is next to the Westin at Congress and High Streets. Bring your mat and feel free to stack two for a a little padding as we practice outdoors.

Yoga Nidra 6-7:15 pm Friday, June 3rd at Willard Beach Studio in South Portland. Join me in the neighborhood studio for deep relaxation before the weekend begins. Space is quite limited at WBS, so sign up in advance. We'll do some deep breathing before Yoga Nidra. $20

Yoga Nidra training at Breathing Room/TULA studios in South Portland is Friday April 6th through Sunday the 8th. This is a yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance credits and certificate.
