Yoga and Meditation for Veterans

Winter & Spring Trainings, HennAstrology, & Essential Oils Class

Vacation followed by a very wintry week led me deep into my practices and planning. It's been a luxury not to lose power, yet I've also been creating off line and tapping into animal messages with my medicine and druid decks.  Animal messages are on my instagram.

Essential oils are part of the routine in this household, and during waning Moon I've been diffusing Siberian Fir, Lavender, and Aromatouch. Come to Willard Beach Studio to explore essential oils and the lunar phases. Become more intuitive and acquainted with both the properties of the oils and ways you can use them as the Moon travels the signs each month. Breathing and diffusing are just two ways to use your oils to complement your moods and help engage or unwind as needed.

Snow Day Yoga Sequences

Here's a repost from last winter to help get you through the storm day. Feel better in your body with movement or long held still postures in the second sequence. This is great for kids too.

This Sunday, Yoga Nidra guided mediation for Veterans begins at Portland (Maine) Community Squash at 66 Noyes Street. Spouses of Veterans are also welcome to attend this donation class.
